yoga should feel good in your body

as the yoga sutra 2:16 says, “future pain can be avoided.” after two decades of seeing clients injured in daily life, in sport, and even on the mat, kari teaches people how to use yoga to prevent injury — and to heal after it.

low-back pain, tech-neck, shoulder impingement, chronic inflammation, stress — in every case, yoga can help you feel better in your body, and so in your mind. even in a public class you’ll receive personal feedback and reminders to stop the patterns of compression and pushing that may have led you to injury in the first place.
